I will be graduating from MIT in June with a bachelor’s degree in computer science and I am interested in oppurtunities at QRS company.

I have worked as an intern with Loral Infrared and imaging Systems for the past two summers in their software engineering department. While there I developed data stream amulation software for the NASA AIRS weather satelite in C on UNIX AND Macintosh platforms. At MIT, Iworked in the Earth and Planetary Science Department to create a graphic user interfacing system for viewing data sent back by the Magellan space pro be orbiting Venus. This experience would be applicable to the creation of the GUI for the up-coming version of Clearcase revision control tools. While I have taken general course work in computer science, I have taken additional courses in media arts, systems design, algorithms, and artificial intelligence.

I would welcome the oppurtunity to meet with you and discuss my qualifications for working at QRS company. I believe my training has given me the skills to make valuable contribution. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

I have been a loyal customer of your hotel and have always appreciated the excellent customer service you offer. Yet a recent unpleasant experience at your hotel has shaken my belief in your ability to provide top notch customer care all the time.

I stayed in room 402 of your Queen Royal hotel from july 3^rd  to 7^th. Throughout my stay I was served mediocre food. The bathroom fittings were faulty and the room service was pretty bad. I complained to the manager but that didn't improve the situation until the third day of my stay.

I am writing to encourage you to improve your customer service as I don't want this experience to ruin my positive impressions about your hotel. If this is the kind of service that loyal customers receive, I can only imagine how worse it can get in the case of others. When I was in Senior high school, my friends and I decided to  took a trip  to Lamongan. Our main goal is Lamongan Marine Tourism. Before that,  we booked train tickets, and prepare everything . I brought one suitcase and one piece backpack containing clothes and so on. Finally we were off towards lamongan.

Marine Tourism Lamongan or abbreviated WBL, is a marine tourism, located in District Paciran, Lamongan, East Java. This resort was opened since the soft opening date of 14 November 2004. Some of the featured rides, among other attractions Underwater Castle, Cave Insectarium, Space Shuttle, Automatic Wali Songo, Texas City, Pope Dangdut, Shooting Fish, Glass House, as well as the Pirate Palace. This tourist attraction is located in Surabaya-Tuban coast line, and is near a number of mainstay attractions in East Java, including Maharani Cave, Sunan Drajat Tomb and Museum, the Tomb of Sunan Spring Duwur, and Tanjung Frog Resort. Not far from the WBL, about 5 km south-east, had operated bonded area known as Lamongan shorebase (LS). Meanwhile, about 6 kilometers west of the archipelago are fishing port in the district Brondong with fish auctions are very well known in East Java. Currently Marine Tourism Lamongan extended to include Maharani Cave. Where is the cave Maharani now not only a tourist spot Goa alone but has been developed as a recreational zoo (Zoo) which has a large collection of animals. So that Goa Maharani has now changed its name to Maharani Zoo & Goa

When we got home, we headed to one of our friends who lived and settled there. We got there about 10 o'clock. She treated us very well and set up a room to where we were staying. Once all that is done, we were immediately rushed to the Marine Tourism Lamongan. Before that,  we go  buy tickets in advance. The tickets cost Rp 50,000- Rp 70,000 on weekdays and Rp 65,000-Rp 90,000 On Friday- Sunday and holiday.  Tickets already in hand then we go into it. Accidentally we  bought  tickets on weekdays, so the atmosphere inside was not too crowded. Pleasure and enthusiasm that we feel. First,  we tried to go the haunted house, actually I was afraid I hold my friend's  hands very strong. Then one by one the rides I try , like, jet coaster, pope dangdut, water games, shooting water, and others.

Didn't feel it was afternoon, we were getting ready to go home. That day  was very exciting and had a quality time with friends !. On the way home we enjoyed lamongan scenery and tried some its  culinary. And when we got home we took a bath and we rested.

Zodia Si Pengusir Nyamuk

       Zodia adalah sejenis tanaman dari propinsi Papua. Tanaman ini salah satu yang digemari oleh masyarakat sebagai tanaman alternatif untuk mengusir nyamuk di lingkungan rumah. Pasalnya, selain perawatannya muda, tanaman ini juga bisa berfungsi menghilangkan rasa gatal-gatal akibat gigitan nyamuk dan penurun demam akibat malaria. Tanaman ini mempunyai nama asli Evodia suaveolens Scheff, berasal dari keluarga Rutacea. Tinggi tanaman ini biasanya antara 0.3 hingga 2 meter, sedang panjang daunnya mencapai 20 hingga 30 cm. Zodia tumbuh baik jika ditanam pada ketinggian 400 hingga 1.000 meter dari permukaan laut.

   Zodia awalnya berasal dari Papua, karena pembibitannya cukup mudah--hanya dengan biji--penyebarannya menjadi cepat. Sekarang sudah banyak dijual di Jakarta dan kota-kota besar lainnya. Tanaman ini memiliki kandungan evodiamine dan rutaecarpine pada batang dan daunnya. Zat ini mengeluarkan aroma tajam yang tak disukai serangga atau nyamuk. Selain itu, ini juga berfungsi sebagai obat. Air rebusan daunnya jika diminum bisa menambah stamina tubuh dan menghilangkan rasa gatal-gatal akibat gigitan serangga. Begitu juga rebusan kulit batangnya, bermanfaat sebagai pereda demam akibat malaria.Bentuknya juga cukup menarik untuk tanaman hias. Terlebih jika ditaruh di dalam pot dan dipajang pada pekarangan rumah. Dan cara merawatnya tak terlalu sulit. Cukup menyiramkan air dua kali sehari, sesekali disemprot dengan obat antihama agar penampilan tanaman terjaga dan tetap cantik.
